The above rates are based on two person maximum occupancy. 7 night minimum, no day rate (except for rental of 1 week or more). Check in time – 3 pm Check out time – 12 pm A $50 (USD) cleaning deposit is required. 50% deposit upon accepting booking reservation, balance due one week prior to reservation date. We accept US Dollars & Mexican Pesos at official rate of exchange. Payment can be made by check or PayPal. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Price includes taxes. Rooms cleaned, bath towels and bed lined changed once per seven days. Intermediate cleaning, fresh towels & change of bed linen are available at extra charge. |
